The products are now sold nationally in the UK through top retailer – Waitrose, Ocado and in a string of independent stores, such as Harrods and at national wholesaler, Costco. Our export market covers North America, Middle East and Europe - a total of some 12 countries. We are constantly looking for new markets and work closely with international distributors to raise the profile of the brand.

We have been exporting British goods for the last 30 years and have built long lasting relationships with our customers, located all over the world. At the heart of our service has always been our customer focused thinking, knowing that unless we put our customers’ needs first we would never build a business in which we could be proud.

On the 1st July 2008 we launched our new website to the world, after 3 months of intensive work and constant communication with our customers. We believe this site will enhance the service we already provide, by giving our customers exactly what they require. A fully functional site, where they can order their goods, take advantage of our easy “repeat order” buttons, track their orders…and excitingly help them build their containers whilst they are creating their orders.

Stacking and Wrapping – Ever received damaged goods?

In fact, we believe over 95% of damages are caused by the fact that the products were stacked on the pallet incorrectly - people either rush the job and create an unstable pallet or they are too inexperienced and place the wrong type of product in the wrong layer of the pallet.

This is a pallet stacked by Turner Price staff. You can see we have stacked all the products in the right way to ensure there is equal weight distribution over each side of the pallet, and importantly managed to stack it high to ensure good cost effective shipping.

In addition to efficient stacking, we professionally wrap each pallet so that every product is protected from the natural rigours of transport but not too tight so that we damage the structure of the cartons/boxes themselves.
