If I am already a customer of Turner Price, how do I start ordering online?

You can do this in one of 2 ways. Firstly, you can contact your export manager and he will inform you of all your login details. Alternatively, you can fill in all the information required in the “Become a customer” section and we will activate your account as soon as possible. We would prefer you to use this alternative method, as this allows you to enter your email and password details yourself.

How do I become a customer?

Please fill in all the required information in the “Become a customer” section. Once we have recieved your application, we will most probably contact you via your preferred method of communication in order for us to understand your requirements in more detail. Once we have a full understanding of your requirements, and you have agreed to our product prices and services, we will activate your on-line account. You will receive an email confirming all your details.

If I want to become a customer of Turner Price, do I have to order via this website?

No. We have designed this website for those of our customers who prefer to order online. If you do not wish to use the site for ordering, you can simply order via email, phone or fax. All our contact details are shown at the bottom of each page of this website. Even if you do not use this website for ordering purposes, we hope you will still use the site for information purposes only.

How does the container builder actually work?

The container builder works using weights and product dimensions. Everytime you add a product to your order, it will recalculate the exact volume/weight of your order. This enables you to see the exact size of container you require for your order. The % Capacity and volume shown against your order are indicative only. If you are in any doubt, please contact your export manager. Your export manager will always ensure that your container is packed in a manner which is the most efficient from a transport cost perspective.

Why can't I see your prices when I visit your site?

You can see the price of each product, once you have logged into your account. If you wish to open an account, please go to the Become a customer section. If you would like to speak to one of our export managers about pricing, please contact us either via email, fax or phone. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

Is the price I see ex works?

Yes. The price you see against each product is the “ex-works” product cost only. Freight and transport costs will be added to your total order ( if we are arranging the transport), once the order has been fully finalised. You will be able to see the exact freight costs associated with each order, if you look in your “previous/recent orders” section.

I know I can download my order, but is this my final invoice?

No. You can download (using excel) a confirmation of your order only. You can even download a confirmation of your order, together with the freight costs and it will distribute the freight costs to each product. Hence, you can easily see the true cost of each of the products on your order. Your invoice will be sent to you either via email or via fax, and will contain all your final pricing information.

Do you have a minimum order value?

Yes. Our minimum order value for each shipment is £3000. If you don’t think you can reach this minimum order value, please still fill in all your details in our Become a customer section. Although we may not be able to send you orders directly, we will certainly be happy to put you in contact with one of our many wholesalers around the globe.

How do we buy Country Range catering products?

Turner Price is one of the leading regional delivered wholesalers in the UK of catering products. We supply over 1500 UK customers on a weekly basis. Our own brand is called Country Range. If you are a Turner-Price export customer, you have the ability to buy catering sized products for your customers. These are not directly available to order via our export website, but if you contact your Turner Price export manager you will be able to add them to your order.

How do I pay for my products?

When you become a customer of Turner-Price, we will open you up a credit account. This credit account will have a pre-agreed credit limit and payment terms. You are able to order goods up to your pre-agreed credit limit. At present, we have no facility to accept credit/debit card payments on line. All payments are usually made by bank transfer, international bank transfer or cheque.
